Chicago Wedding Photographer: Katie & Ben at Little Goat Diner and Arts Institute

Earlier this year I was fortunate to jump on a plane and head to Chicago to photograph the super fun and elegant wedding of Katie and Ben.  With the bridal prep taking place at the Palmer House Hilton the day was off to a great start. We took in the sublime gardens of the Art Institute of Chicago for some pre-ceremony pictures before arriving at the Little Goat Diner for the ceremony.

With the temperature being in the mid thirties it was more than a little hot out on the roof! Thankfully the air con was blowing hard inside. The whole day was a wonderful celebration of the love that Katie and Ben share.

The guests journeys to the wedding echoed the trans-continental love story of the couple. With Bens family flying in from Wales and Canada to join the party along with family and friends of Katies from all over the USA.
