Tall Johns House Wedding: L & T

This was my first time visiting Tall John’s House. The venue, set in the Welsh countryside was the perfect setting for Libby and Tim’s winter wedding. The weather was dry and calm, which is sometimes a rarity here in Wales!

Libby and Tim exchanged vows in a warmly lit space, wonderfully decorated by planner Laura Beth, with winter florals and candles. The intimate ceremony was filled with love and joy, with family and friends gathered to celebrate.

With just two hours to document the day, I had to focus on key moments, with just enough time for some golden(ish)-hour portraits, also one of the largest amounts of confetti I’ve ever had coming at the lens, big shout to Canon autofocus for that one!

I really enjoy the challenge of only having a short amount of time to get the job done. I know that budgets are getting tightened everywhere so a smaller package can really be the answer if you still want some cool photos but don’t want to blow the budget on a full day of it.
